She always accommodated my schedule and stacked showings at odd hours so that I could see as many houses as possible during my 24-hour trips to Pittsburgh. She also did many video showings on short notice when I couldn't be there in person. She even worked to find me off-market opportunities when the market was dry. She completely understood my taste and was always right about what I would or would not like. Once we found the perfect house, she met with MANY engineers, repair vendors, and renovation companies onsite both with and without me. Even well after we closed, she continued to send me contractors and other contacts when we had trouble booking the right people. There is no part of this that she didn't help with. We would recommend Jen to absolutely ANYONE looking for a house in Pittsburgh (or looking to sell). I can't wait to show her the final product once our house has been fully renovated and decorated!!
